New Foxtel IQ Box

Hi, I have tried to contact you a number of times via phone over the past 2 weeks. Our login service through your app did not work and this is the first time we have been able to log in and register. The new box was installed 2 weeks ago and we have no Foxtel connection its states "Please insert correct smart card and reference no: (F117)30558275316.

meanwhile I am  been charged for something I don't have can someone please contact me via email or phone or connect our paytv please this is frustrating why deliver something and then don't connect it. the technician called you a few times when he finished installing it and was told it will take a few minutes but still 2 weeks later nothing.

we have been a loyal customer and the service I have to say is really poor, not to mention we have also had our internet go this morning and our computer has frozen.
