New Fetch TV not activated and still pending on account

How on earth do I get my new fetch box to activate. Every phone call and message to Optus I get the run around and no one can assist. I've spent hours on calls with no assistance.
1.)My old fetch box was deactivated. I've been given a code to reactivate it but can't due the box being deactivated.
2.)My new no 1 fetch box won't accept the activation code given for the box.
3.) The no 2 new fetch box does not have an activation code linked to it.
4.) Can't reset an activation code to box on my account as fetch is not on my account.
5.) When I look into orders, it is still pending.
