  1. You will receive an SMS or email within 48 hours of the activation of your eligible service containing your unique voucher code.
  2. Read the offer T&Cs found here.
  3. Click here to redeem your voucher https://www.netflix.com/redeem

 

@toncie, if you still haven’t; received the code within the timeframe we've quoted, jump onto Live Chat

 

They'll perform a quick eligibility check and send the code out from their end.

Live chat not helpful at all, don't even know what Netflix promotion is about. Then sent me to the Fetch department who in turn gave me the number of the Optus Perk sign up. Completely useless and wasted almost an hour. I have already lodged a complaint. Something so straight forward and simple yet optus support so incompetent and clueless. What's the point of having customers sign up and have to chase up for the voucher ? Already 4 days! Won't be recommending Optus, worst than TPG who at least answers and responds promptly!

Doesn't sound great.

 

Can only suggest try LIVECHAT again. Different service staff can have different responces. Hopefully you'll hit one who is aware of the promotion and able to send out the code.

Would you be able to assist me with the same issue? Got a Galaxy Note 9 in December. Never received a code. Talked to Live Chat last month, they cut the conversation short and just told me that their IT was already informed. No one got back to me, still no email. 

 

Really disappointing.

It's been 3 months since got my new phone, still no code. Talked with another agent in live chat today to try agan. He tried to help me. Gave me a code which turn out to be expired. Agent blamed it on me that I didn't follow up sooner.

 

First of all, it was Optus that was supposed to send it within a couple of days of purchase. Where is their accountability in that? Then the agent I talked to a few weeks ago told me IT would resolve it, but no one got back to me. They told me to contact back again, but Live Chat wasn't working.  Now it's my fault?

 

Just realized how so stupid it is of me and my husband to decide to renew one of our contracts because of the "free Netflix." No one seems to want to help because it's only FREE anyway. Smiley Indifferent
