Hi my Fetch box this morning was reset like for the first time i got it . i have to put all the information again,
I dont know what happen, anybody knows.

There's a difference between resetting and restarting. Resetting deletes all the setup information, restarting turns the device off then back on.
Not sure Kyoku, maybe someone in the household unintentionally performed a Hard Reset.
