Hi, we tried renting Spiderman home coming Saturday night. It has not downloaded even though it is saying we have only 5 days left to watch. I checked the downloads it states it failed, too many attempts check the internet connection. I know it is all good as it is now downloading a free movie from the movie box. Any ideas, I don't want to pay for someting I have not got.

Turn the box off and on again. See if the download tries again.

Hey @karent73, please try a restart via Menu>Manage>Settings>Device Info>Options>Restart and let us know if you're still having issues.

Yes, I had already done that. I have also downloaded a movie from the movie box with no problems. It still is counting down the days left for the rental of Spiderman but there is still no movie.
