We're having huge problems with our so-called 'magic box' being unable to read the EPGs of most stations.
The result is our scheduled programs don't record, which kind of defeats the purpose of having the box for the most part.
We've now had to reset it for the past two days running.
Why is this happening and what can we do about it?

Hey Corsair001 - this sure sounds strange Have you already reported this to our Tech Support team to investigate for you? If so, do you happen to have a Problem Report number handy so we can then provide you with an update of this investigation?
