Hi there - I am able to login to Optus Sports on iPhone but Xbox does not accept my password. Any suggestion? I have logged off from iPhone and changed password. Thanks

Currently, XBOX Optus sport users will experience a play error and a spinning disc icon after an hour of streaming.
To resolve this issue, customers will need to exit then reload the Optus Sport app on their XBOX.
If you're still experiencing issues, please log a fault via the Sport app on your mobile device.
Select Help & Support from the dropdown menu → Log a fault → you'll receive a confirmation that we've received your enquiry within 5-10 minutes.
