Ah, that could be an issue,

 

There is a process to transfer Fetch STB's between accounts.

 

I'm happy to take a look. I have a feeling that one Fetch service is being held in our old legacy system and the Fetch mini has been activated in our new service platform.

 

That's something I hadn't considered. You can send us a PM with your details.


I'll need your full name, DOB and account number. If you have 2 account numbers, send both through.

Hi Dan,

 

Yes that's what the Fetch team told me. the Fetch amighty from my NBN was in the legacy system and the Fetch mini from my mobile is in the new system. 

 

I'll PM you my details.
