I have activated Optus sport from my Optus My Account and registered with Optus Sport, but when I log in and try to watch a video/match, I get a "only for Premium user" message.
Have spoken to Optus and they said it should be working, but it is not.
Hope someone can assist with what the issue might be.

Hmm another post suggests loging in to Optus Sport > View Details > Entertainment > Optus Sport and hit activate.

That's certainly odd :/ You shouldn't be getting any errors with your subscription if you've activated it through My Account. Please send me your account details (including Optus Sports registered email address) via PM here and we'll take a look at this for you.
