I’m having issues with logging into the Optus Sport app on my iPad. When I enter my email and password, it says invalid username/password. After this I proceed to 'Im having trouble signing in'. Here it says enter an email, where I enter my email that is associated with my Optus account. It then says the email address is not recognised. I have seen many people with the same issue and wondering if I can get a solution.
