Hi! I just received a new YesTV Fetch set top box yesterday after our NBN was recently connected. It has a connection through both Wi-Fi and an Ethernet cabe, however there hasn't been any prompt to show us that we've connected and taken us to the next part of the setup. Any troubleshooting tips that might help getting that prompt would be really helpful!
Is it a mini or mighty?
Do you get to the menus and are able to watch TV with it? What is the box doing at this point? Have you put in an activation code? It should step through pretty basic steps of getting you set up automatically.
Suggest you do a hard reset and try again
