This would have to be one to the most frustrating companies to deal with
I signed up for 2 new services yesterday and working fine - was told I need to activate Optus Sport
Click on the links (putting the Optus number in and get the security code) only to get it is not active on my service
How the hell do I activate it?
From what I've read, I need an email link, but I'm stuffed if I can speak to a human about it
Any help appreciated

- Login to your My Account
- Highlight the services tab and scroll down until you reach your mobile number
- Click on your service number
- Select Entertainment
- Click Optus Sport, you'll be able to confirm the status of your subscription.
If an account hasn't been created, you'll see instructions that'll guide you through the sign up process
If it's showing as active - we may have already activated your subscription at point of sale. We would have used the contact email that was given to us at point of sale.
