Has a Fetch update been rolled out?

Has a Fetch update been rolled out?   I'm having the usual probs:  long restart (at least 30 minutes) and then hangs.  It says internet is not working but it works for my laptop.

Are you talking wifi for wired?
Connect the Fetch over wired and test.

Fetch has contacted us directly for the last several software updates and we have posted the details here.

None recently though.

As Peter suggests, your issue doesn't sound like something that needs fixing by an update but some Fetch troubleshooting.
