Whenever I turn my tv on to watch fetch I have to pull the plug to make it reboot to work. Is there anyway of fixing this? I would appreciate any help thank you.

What happens when you attempt to reboot the device via the settings menu or remote control? As your first troubleshooting step, I'd really suggest a soft reset.
If you're still experiencing the same issue, I'd then attempt a hard or factory reset:
FYI - A hard reset will result in any saved recording and preferences to be removed from the device.
