Fetch tv won’t go pass let’s connect

We got our new fetch tv box. I have plugged it and followed the prompts. It will not get the activation page. It keeps saying that it won’t connect to a network. I have done a hard reset I have rebooted my internet I have done everything. The menu button doesn’t work. It’s just stuck on these couple of pages and won’t let you go any further to activate.
I contacted fetch tv they just said contact my provider. Optus won’t take my calls due to covid 19
Can somebody help us
