Fetch tv mighty box

Hi on March 11th I receved a replacement mighty box gen3 this was to replace my gen2 that had died. however the gen3 box was faulty I rang tech support who imformed me that the box was faulty and a new box would be sent out by friday the 13th March. This was over a month ago and I still have not recieved the replacement box as such I can only use our mini. can someone please help here.
