Fetch tv box not working - purple light only

Just got back from a three week vacation, and after turning all electricals back on, my Fetch TV box no longer boots up. 

When power is turned on, all I get is one “purple” light on the far right, and nothing on the screen! WT?!


After reading several threads, I’ve checked all connections and tried the soft and hard resets, but still no luck, box is dead! 


Please help!

Purple?! The blue and red lights combined somehow. Now that is a first that I have heard.

Please Chat with us to possibly go through more troubleshooting or if needed to arrange a replacement Fetch box.
