Fetch tv box failed

I have a Fetch tv box that has been crashing continuously for about a week. It would work for a couple of hours and then freeze or shut down.

I have spent days trying to find someone in Optus who can help me with this. I tried online chat but it was busy, there was a phone number to call if it was busy but it directed me to use chat.

Today I managed to find another phone number to call which, again, said all operators were busy and to use chat.

The set top box now won't start at all. It starts to boot up, then shuts down leaving just the red light on. Please don't tell me to unplug it and plug it back in. It has had it - end of story.

Hey @Craigsta, sounds really annoying 😞

When the red light comes on, can you please try pressing the 'STB' button on your remote? This should allow your STB to boot up correctly.
