I have a mobile service with free streaming and I would like to use the fetch tv feature, however, to sign in I need an activation code. I have not been emailed or messaged this code. When I contacted Optus for my code they keep palming me off between live chat and the phone helpline. I have been at it for 2 days now. Today alone I have been in 2 live chats, been on hold on the phone for over an hour and a half and I have been transferred 6 times.
I assumed an activation code was a simple thing to request. So why has this become so bloody hard? And how am I supposed to get it?
