Fetch replacement remote control price increase

We usually see a post every week or fortnight here on Yes Crowd asking how to go about getting a replacement for a lost Fetch remote, the dog chewed the remote, etc.

Please note the following change:

To align with Fetch pricing changes, Fetch remotes have increased from $14.95 to $29.95 already effective as of 09/09/19.

Need a replacement? Please Chat with us to arrange one.

Re: Fetch replacement remote control price increase

Customers should note that as a leased device, if the remote simply stops working (first check the batteries) Optus will generally arrange for a replacement to be sent out at no cost as required under consumer law. But if its lost or broken by the customer then it seems the price has gone up - although its a pretty good remote IMO with the handy functionality of controlling the TV volume directly.
