Fetch not working

Hi my name is Ricky eyles we move house from <removed> and my new address is<removed> and internet not working I need waiting for 28.3.20 code I have not got a code yet

This is a public forum you should not post private information in the Yes Crowd.

The Optus staff that are active in the Yes Crowd do have access to account details.

If you have a social media account Facebook or Instagram you could try and contact Optus to resolve your issue.
