Fetch not activated

Received new fetch box
Error message fetch box is not activated
Answers in this forum all contacted technical support to fix the issue.
Problem is Optus has no tech or customer support as their support centres are all based overseas and are now closed due to the covid 19 virus
So hey Optus, will you refund me the money for the fetch contract which you cannot honour or will you now employ Australians to offer your Australian customers so form of support????
