I ordered a fetch mini but I haven't received it yet.
Then today I got an email saying We’ve recently identified that your Fetch service is not linked to an eligible Optus service if you would like to retain your Fetch service, please contact us on before June 10, 2019. If we do not hear from you, we will be cancelling your Fetch service on June 12, 2019.
WHY WOULD I GET THAT EMAIL IF I HAVENT RECEIVED MY FETCH MINI?
