Fetch issues

Does anyone have any suggestions as to how to get my lost free to air channels back? I lost two last week after doing a soft reset and after lots of communication with Optus and fetch in the last week I did a hard reset and now have lost another 2, apparently it’s a known issue but doesn’t help me get them back now as they don’t know how long it will take to fix, 

its picked up every channel for almost a year since we had it until last week

Hey @frazzled - the channels may be hidden. Can you please Go to Main Menu > Manage > Settings > Channels? Within the channels settings screen, check for a tick in the 'Hide' column next to each channel. Un-tick the channels you want to see in the EPG again, save and return to the EPG to view.

Hi @Shauna they aren’t even showing up in that list anymore because I have scanned so many times in the past week trying to get them back they are now wiped from the memory, apparently my mums box has now lost the same channels so I’m guessing there’s an outage or something as we can’t get them through the tv anymore either

Ah okay. It might be a good idea to raise this with our techs. Can you please fill out this form here? You will then be contacted by one of our specialist Fetch techs to run through an investigation.
