Fetch box

Internet light on fetch box is off, not blue or red. Fetch box still says it has active connection. Have done full reset.

If you've followed the guide on how to reset your Fetch box, and you're still having issues, it may mean that it needs replacing. This can be organised with our Tech Support via the My Optus app, or you can message our social team on Facebook or Twitter.
