My Fetch box will not start, it just goes in endless cycles of restarting, check internet connection and then goes to a start bar which never makes it to the end. I’ve tried disconnecting the power etc but every time it just goes into this endless cycle.
Anyone have any ideas?

You've tried over a WiFi and ethernet connection?
Turn off your modem and your Fetch box at the power point and unplug both for 30 seconds. Plug them both back in.
Wait for the modem to reconnect and show a stable pattern of lights, then turn on the Fetch box and wait for it to establish a stable connection.
If all else fails you'll need to please contact Optus directly to arrange for a replacement.
