Fetch box will not reboot. Have done both a soft and hard reset

Can’t get my fetch box to reset. I have done both a soft and hard reboot, but stays blue and doesn’t flash red. The tv keeps saying “no signal”

Blue usually means the box is on (red is bad). Double check your TV is set to the correct INPUT (try them all)

Also try a different input into the TV and also perhaps try a different HDMI cable if possible.

But otherwise contact Optus directly and request a replacement as well as a return satchel. Optus will provide these for free as it is a leased box.
