Fetch box sound

Hi I have recently changed to nbn and since then the sound on my fetch box on channels that I have purchased keeps turning off. I go to settings then to audio make sure stereo is ticked confirm it then it works but the next day no sound again any ideas

Fisrt I would try a soft reset and if that doesn't work a hard reset as per these instructions:

I wouldn't think it is anything to do with the change to the NBN.

The only other thing I can think of is if you have a modern TV with CEC (Consumer electronics control) turn this off and see if that helps.
