Fetch box recent started overheating

Whats the process of replacing an overheating Fetch Box with a new Box?

The current Fetch box has clear space around it, the box has been reset and shutdown however it still regularly overheats and turns off.

You need to ring Optus support. They will go through a few checks with you and then arrange for a replacement box to be sent you. Usually only one or two days for it to arrive with you.
