I have been having trouble with my approximately five year old fetch box. Since the last update it has been randomly restarting and not finding the internet connection. it is hard wired to the router so this shouldn't happen. This often happens in the middle of viewing mainly Netflix but also Catch up and movie box
Advice from Fetch was to do a soft reset, which I did and the problem disappeared for about two weeks but has returned.
Any help appreciated

If you're still having issues after a soft reset I'd recommend performing a hard reset next, and failing that getting a replacement box organised. The replacement box can be ordered with our Tech Support team via the My Optus app, or you can send our Social Media team a message on Facebook or Twitter.
