Hi , how do I go about getting a replacement fetch box? Ours has died. We are long term Optus customers and really enjoy fetch tv.

Sorry No this has not resolved as I am finding it hard to even get live chat as they keep saying they are very busy.
I think the Help is not very good at all when you can't them on the phone or even live chat.
