Fetch box has failed after system update

Hi, 

Our fetch box has failed after a system update on the weekend. 

I cannot access my optus app to message for support, is there another way to contact for support on this service.

Some people are having success with phone support after a long wait however they may give you the flick being non urgent. Have you tried a reset?
