Fetch box hardware failure

I am getting a HDD failure message when attempting to start my Fetch box. It is over 5 years old now and due for an upgrade.

Hey @Bradharr. Have tried doing a soft reset with you Fetch? You can find the steps on our "How to reset your Fetch box" support page. If you are still having troubles, feel free to reach out to us on Facebook or Twitter and our team can assist further from there.
