Fetch box failed

My Fetch TV Box (Mighty) that i have for 2 years seems to be a total failure overnight. No lights showing at all (not even red). Have unplugged and replugged power and used different sockets (that are known to work) but doesnt seem to have any power.  Haven't tried with a different power supply as its an unusual voltage and i don't have one (plus i dont want to use an unauthorised power supply)

Whats the process for return/replacement ?

Re: Fetch box failed

Good news is that the box is leased so Optus will arrange to replace any busted one free of charge. Just ring up Optus (or livechat) and request a new box. Optus will send you a satchel to return the old box in postage paid.

Yep, contacting Optus directly is the way to go paul267.

Troubleshoot Fetch: Set top box won't switch on / has no lights
