@DaniC123 I did read another post re Fetch Boxes turn off the Power unplug the Fetch Box leave off for a Minute, reconnect the power, startup and see what happens.
If you have done a Soft and Hard reset, other troubleshooting does not work I would message Optus Support via the My Optus app (Preferred), Facebook or Twitter.
If you use Facebook or Twitter include in the Message you do not have access to the My Optus App.
If Optus offer to send a replacement box request they send a satchel so you can return the old box.
