The activation code I've received by email and SMS does not work. It gives an "invalid"error.
I've tried several times and I was aware of the case sensitive configuration.
tried retrieving it from My account but the page was no loading any information. It sated to select but there was nothing in the page.
Please help resolve this issue.

No, this did not fixed my issue. I 'm connected to DSL and ready to be connected to NBn when it gets activated in my area. However, I cannot activate my fetch box with the activation code I was sent.
I can't also go to My Optus app and retrieve it from there as the page does not have any information, Its blank with the only option to Logout.
I also saw a message that I needed to contact you if my customer account starts with hidden.... which it does.
I'm afraid we don't have access to customer accounts here on this public forum.
When it says contact, it means contact Optus directly.
