Fetch activation code

I’ve rebooted my fetch box but don’t have the activation code anymore. Is there a way to get this without having to go through the pain of talking to Optus’s ‘helpline’?

i hard reset my fletch box now cannot locate my activation code. please send me the code to my mobile phone.thank you
