Fetch activation code incorrect

Received email from Optus with my Fetch activation code. Inserted code. Response is incorrect code. Can’t contact support and unlikely to until Covid-19 impact on call centres goes away.

Sorry. Accidentally pressed the go button before asking my question, which is, ‘anyone have an idea if there is anything I can do in the meantime to get my Fetch box operational’.
