I reconnected my fetch box after not using for quite some time and it did a long software update. when it restarted it required the activation code. It now does not accept the activation code. The box number is the same as registered on App.
The original 24 month Optus contract that the fetch box came with expired quite some time ago but monthly payments have continued. Should I have received a new activation code when the contract rolled over?
