Fetch Variety Pack

I purchased the Variety Pack two weeks ago and it still hasn't been activated. I was told it would take 48 hours (*why*?!) and it still hasn't been activated. And I'm not sure what the purpose of this forum is? Has anyone actually ever had their issue resolved through this forum posting...?

How did you purchase the pack? 

I might be wrong but normally you just go to subscriptions in the menu on the Fetch box and add the pack right there. There's no delay, the channels are all immeadiately available and the item is added to your next Optus bill.

Hi Peter -

That's what I did. No immediate availability at all...I have tried three times through the call centre to get this fixed and still no joy...hence this nonsense with Optus-mandated social media to try and remedy the problem.

Are you able to provide the specific date you made the purchase? 


Just wondering if it's linked to the Free Variety Pack in September offer and has caused an issue.


Have you tried performing a soft reset?
