I ordered a new optus fetch tv box a couple of weeks back and have been trying to get it working. Screen says “fetch tv box not activated” and I don’t have a code. (No email, no Sms)
How do I get it activated?
I’ve tried contacting Optus but keep getting close looped, no responses and no one picking up phone / am being directed to live chat agents who has been directing me to “contact us” page (which directs me to the chat agents....)
