I had subscribed for fetch tv sports pack along with knowledge pack during world cup. However, I cancelled my fetch tv completely on october 6 2018 due to its poor streaming services.
The billing of fetch tv must be cancelled by november, but still I am getting due bill for fetch tv too.
How can I solve this problem?

Was that organised over Live Chat? Had we also advised that you'd need to return your Fetch Set top box to Optus? Once we cancel your Fetch service, we'll automatically dispatch a prepaid return kit.
