After reciving my new Fetch Box because the old one had a Critical Hardware Fault my box now needs to be activated.
From the help pages ive read and from these forums most help surgests that you go to (My Account) and into My Services to the Fetch section of My Account to activate your box or find your code for your box and app on phone.
But when looking for anything relateing to Fetch Tv in My Account there is nothing at all.
Is there a hiden place in My Account i cant find or a link somewhere to find this.

They should be there but the process is likely manual in the event of a replacement so perhaps not for you. You'll need to LIVECHAT (probably in business hours) and request the FetchTV department to get the code.
