I have recently lost my fetch tv remote control and want to use the mobile app as a replace for now but need the activation code. I am unable to sign in to my account and live chat also appears to be down at the moment. Can anyone help point me in the direction of what to do next?
How come you are unable to log into your My Account? This would be the issue we need to address so you can get your activation code. Live Chat is working on my end so please jump in with the Internet Billing team and we can fix this up for you.
If you still can't connect, please try using a different browser or device. You may also need to clear your cookies/cache.
