My Fetch box is connected to the modem via an Ethernet cable, recently I’ve been getting this error while watching the internet channels: “yes tv by fetch cannot tether data from a mobile device which means you cannot use your mobile data to watch content using yes tv by fetch” It comes and goes but interrupts recordings and isn’t consistent - one channel works another doesn’t.
Any help appreciated
Strange. Double check the fetch box is set to a wired connection (clear the wifi settings if need be)
If its an Optus box then it is being leased and you can arrange for a swap over any time (be aware you lose all your recording the moment you order a replacement box and at the moment its a two week wait for one to be delivered)
