Fetch TV remote broken

Hi,

I have had the optus Fetch TV for about 2-3 months, and my toddler got a hold of the remote and dropped it, now it is not working, Not sure what to do.  I have been able to download the Fetch App so i can use it, but how do i get a replacement remote?

Thanks.

Re: Fetch TV remote broken

Your best option would be to go to an Optus shop if you have one close. They won't help you exactly as they are just salesmen but they should get the correct section on the phone fairly quickly. I'm guessing you might have to pay for it, it might be cheaper to get one of the better quality universal remotes.

I thought I was wrong once, but I was mistaken.

Re: Fetch TV remote broken

Hi, I did go to my local optus store, and they told me to try here or call customer service as they didnt have any stock.

I am just wondering what to do now...

Re: Fetch TV remote broken

Hi

You will have to speak or online chat Optus and they will then arrange a replacement from their suppliers.   Optus stores are unable to supply Fetch boxes or spares.

The other alternative is ebay:
