@Classic What type of Fetch modem are you using? Usually in this situation, its best to connect using a power line adaptor. Would you be able to send through your username, full name and DOB via PM?

Hi @Classic and @Squareeyed, I know I'm a bit late to the party, but better late than.....etc.   I might be stating the obvious, but when you see the Low Bandwidth dialog are you pressing the green button on the remote?  You don't just press the OK.
