Fetch TV - no internet connectivity

My new Fetch box won't connect. Old one stopped working 2 months ago and repeated conversations with [fairly useless] Fetch staff have not come close to resolution.
Any ideas? The set up hasn't changed since it was working ... last year ... and yes, I am wondering why I'm paying for such crappy service.

Have you tried wifi and fixed line? Have you tried Auto and manual IP addresses?

Thanks for the ideas. I have absolutely no clue (good at other things, not techie). Will google all those things you said and try it tomorrow. The modem and the fetch box are in different rooms - don't know why they installed it that way in the beginning but they did. I have an ethernet cable going to a dlink box thingy in the powerboard. I think that's supposed to talk to the modem in the study. What I know is that it was working and now it isn't.

Happy to help diagnose.

First check the FetchTV settings menu. It should have a diagnostic option.

Next have a look at the Network connection in Fetch Menu. What is it all set to?
