I have just installed the Fetch TV box. There are no subscribed channels, and when I try to subscribe, the error message tells me that my box is not yet attached to my broadband service.
Is this common, or is it an error?
If it is an error, how do I fix?
Is there a standard delay between activation of the box, and it actually working?
I would perform a hard reset.
If you still have problems you will need to contact Optus support.
Things can always go wrong with these sort of devices at set up. I would try a hard reset, go through the activation process again, and then if it doesn't work out it is most likely a faulty box. At least when you talk to Optus support you won't have to perform a hard reset again.
