Fetch TV box Preparing

My Fetch TV box has just, within last few days, refused to start up.
Have performed power cycle and attempted box reset (pressing coloured buttons on remote after restart), all to no avail.
The box briefly shows the 'preparing system' message, the screen goes blank and that's it. I have two blue lights on the box (power and active internet) but nothing else.
Anyone else have any ideas or suggestions? Optus - anything?

Hey @fred_the_red - Thanks for advising about this. 

The next step may be to try a Hard Reset on the box. Keep in mind, this does remove content on the device though, if you had the Mighty. If you are yet to do this, please give this a go.
